اما بعد فاعوذ بالله من الشيطن الرجيم﴿ الَّذِينَ يَأْكُلُونَ الرِّبَا لَا يَقُومُونَ إِلَّا كَمَا يَقُومُ الَّذِي يَتَخَبَّطُهُ الشَّيْطَانُ مِنَ الْمَسِّ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ قَالُوا إِنَّمَا الْبَيْعُ مِثْلُ الرِّبَا ۗ وَأَحَلَّ اللَّـهُ الْبَيْعَ وَحَرَّمَ الرِّبَا ۚ فَمَن جَاءَهُ مَوْعِظَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّهِ فَانتَهَىٰ فَلَهُ مَا سَلَفَ وَأَمْرُهُ إِلَى اللَّـهِ ۖ وَمَنْ عَادَ فَأُولَـٰئِكَ أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ ۖ هُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ ﴿٢٧٥﴾...البقرة


Yani sood Khor shaytani junoon se khabti ban ja te hain kyunkay woh bee aur sood ko yaksaa batatay hain. halaank kharedo farokht Allah ne halal ki hai jabkay sood ko haraam qarar diya hai pas jo shakhs rab taa Li se naseehat milnay par baz aja ye to is ka Sabiqa kya karaya maaf ho kar maamla Allah ke supurd ho gaya lekin jo log phir bhi baz nah ayen to woh daimi jahanumi hain. "

Rasool Allah sale Allah alaihi wasallam ne jannat ke liye teen amal bta ye hain ke insaan un ka ihtimaam kar le to jannat mein daakhil ho ja taa hai. fir ma ya :

ke jo aadmi halal kha ye Shariat ke tareeqay ke mutabiq amal kere aur hamsaye uss ke jhagron se mehfooz rahen woh shakhs jannat mein daakhil ho gaya.

Goya Allah taa Li ne insaan ke amal ki maqboliat ke liye jis cheez ko bara ahem qarar diya hai balkay usay amal ka muda thehra ya hai woh rizaq halal hai .

Hadees mazkoorah baala mein rizaq halal Allah taa Li ne naik ilm se pehlay kya hai jo rasool Allah sale Allah alaihi wasallam ka quran kareem se hi istanbat hai chunancha quran hakeem mein hai


(ARABIC)

Ae Anbia ki jamaat! pakeeza cheeze ( halal ) khao aur naik amal karo. 

chunancha aam insanon ko bhi isi baat ka hukum diya ke pehlay woh halal khanay ka ihtimaam karen is liye ke jo jism haraam se parwarish paata hai is ka thikana aag ho ti hai. aag is ke ziyada laa ﻻئق hai kyunkay uss ne apna jism najaaiz tareeqon se paala hai .

Hazrat Saad razi Allah taala anho ne hazoor nabi kareem sale Allah alaihi wasallam se yeh sawal kya ke Allah ke rasool sale Allah alaihi wasallam! mein chahta hon ke Allah taa Li mujhe aisa bana den ke mein jo dُua karoon qubool ho ja ye. rasool kareem sale Allah alaihi wasallam ne hazrat Saad razi Allah taala anho se fir ma ya ke ae Saad razi Allah taala anho halal kha o tumhari dُaa qubool ho gi. ( targheeb o tarheeb )

Rasool kareem sale Allah alaihi wasallam fir ma te hain ke ko yi shakhs agar haraam kama kar uss se sadqa bhi karta hai to woh bhi is ke liye mufeed nahi ho taa is ki misaal aisay hai jaisay kisi ne –apne kapray ko pishaab se dho ya. isi terhan jo shakhs haraam maal ka sadqa karta hai Allah ke haan qubool nahi ho taa. Allah taa Li pak hain aur hum se pak halal hi chahtay hain .

Allah Quran Pak Main Farmata Hai:


imaan walo! hamaray rizaq mein se sirf halal aur pakeeza khao.

Aur Farmaya:


Imaan walo! jo tum kamate ho is mein se halal ka sadqa karo aur jo kuch hum zameen se tumhare liye nikaltay hain uss mein se kharch karo aur Allah ke rastay mein nikammi cheez nah do. is liye ke tum –apne liye khud is ko lainay par tayyar nahi ho bajuz is ke ke chasham poshi kar ja o. jaan lo ke Allah taa Li be niaz Satudah sifaat hain." rasool akram sale Allah alaihi wasallam ka farmaan hai :


Yani namaz wazo ke baghair nahi ho ti. aur agar maal halal- nah ho to Allah ke haan qubool nahi hota. "



Unn barray aamaal mein se woh amal jo insaan ki saari zindagi ki ghalatiyan aur kotahyan maaf kralita hai hajj hai. lekin jab ko yi shakhs Allah ke rastay haraam maal se safar kar ke beeet Allah ka tuwaf karte ho ye dُaa kar rhaho taa hai ya meqaat se Talbiah kehna shuru karta hai jo yeh hai .



Aur isi terhan ka Talbiah aur bhi hai :

( ae Allah mein tera wafa daar ho kar baar baar haazir sun-hwa ) ka jawab milta hai ( arabi )

( nah to teri haazri qubool hai aur nah teri wafadaari ka daawa! )

aisay haaji ke ( arabi ) pukarnay ka jawab milta hai ke :

( is ka khana bhi haraam piinaa bhi haraam hai aur jo kuch ussay ghiza di gayi woh bhi haraam to qabuliat kaisay ho yi? )


Haasil yeh hai ke rizaq halal chorney se uss ka hajj jaisa bara amal qubool honay ki bajaye radd kar diya ja taa hai go ya rizaq halal ki barri ahmiyat hai maslan aisa insaan jo kufar ki haalat mein ghalat ra hon par para ho. islam laa te ho ye is ke liye bohat mshkla t- ho ti hain que nk_h woh amli tor par zind gi ke mukhtalif marahil se guzar kar hi –apne aap ko sahih tareeqon par chala sakta hai lekin kya uss ke liye mana sab hai ke woh kalma parh kar musalman bhi nah ho balkay parhnay se pehlay apni saari zindagi ko durust kar le.

Nahi is ke liye tareeqa ka ray to yeh hai ke foran kalma parh le kalma parhnay ke baad uss ki jahat seedhi ho gayi aisay jaisay uss ne Allah taa Li se talluq ki dorie bandh li hai ab uss ne jo marahil bhi tay karne hain is ke mutabiq karne hain agar chay woh apni zindagi ke Muan laat ko aahista aahista sahih kere ga. lekin kalma parhnay ke baad uss par lazmi ho ja ye ga. ke woh –apne Muan laat Shariat ke mutabiq tay kar y .


Isi terhan hamari ijtimai zindagi mein hukoomat ka masla hai hukoomat jab musalmanoon ke haath mein ho to unn ke liye aik lamha bhi ja yz nahi hai ke woh ghair islami tareeqon ke mutabiq apna nizaam jari rakhen apna qanoon Allah ke qanoon ke bil-muqabil apni mumlikat mein jari o saari rakhen balkay unn ke liye zaroori hai ke woh fori tor par Allah taa Li ki farmaberdar ka elaan karen. is elaan ke sath hukoomat islami ho gi jis ka dastoor o qanoon kutta bay o sunnat ho ga aur is terhan hukoomat ka sara nizaam aur policia Shariat ke tabay ho ja yin gi. unhi mein hmara maliyati nizaam bhi hai jo soodi maeeshat par mabni hai. agrih elaan nahi karte to nizaam maeeshat kabhi durust nah ho ga. haraam par hi qaim rahay ga .

Jis mein poora muashra bhi mulawis rahay ga. chunancha jab kisi shakhs ke pait mein aik luqmah bhi haraam ka hai to chalees din tak namaz qubool nahi ho ti. isi terhan hukoomat agar kisi malik mein islami maliyati nizaam nafiz nahi karti to woh bhi kabhi kamyaab nahi ho sakti. is liye ke najaaiz tareeqay jin mein se aik bara tareeqa sood ka hai ka hai. is ki mojoodgi mein Allah taa Li ki taraf se elaan jung ho taa hai .


Quran Majeed Main Hai:

Yani sood ke mamlaat mein sirf asal zar ko lo aur sood ko chordo. agar tum yeh kaam nahi karte to phir Allah taa Li ki taraf se jung ka elaan hai. khabar daar ho kar sun lo ke Allah taa Li se elaan jung ke baad agar ko yi shakhs yeh samjhay ke uss ke mamlaat mein barket ho gi ya nizaam seedha chalay ga to woh dhokay mein hai. quran Majeed mein Allah taa Li ka irshad hai :


( Allah taa Li sood ko mitatay hain aur sadqoon ko berhate hain )

Ab jab soodi ka robar kisi malik mein raaij ho taa hai uss waqt Allah ki taraf se mitanay ki yeh soorat ho ti hai ke uss ka poora nizaam muashrat tabah kardiya ja ye woh Allah jis ke haath mein saaray rizaq ki knjyan hain. Khizaen السماوات والارض ka woh maalik hai aur irshad hai .


Yani asmano mein tumahra rizaq hai aur tum se jo wada kya ja taa hai duniya mein ya akhirat mein woh sab ka sab bhi asmano mein hi hai .

Lehaza sab faislay asmano par ho te hain khua hay woh tumhen zameeni zaraye se milein chunancha Allah taa Li irshad fir ma te hain .


( Mein ne jin o ins ko sirf apni bandagi ke liye peda kya hai mein unn se rizaq nahi chahta aur nah chahta hon ke woh mere ( bundon ke ) bhi Razaq banin. Allah hi bohat rizaq dainay wala hai jo qowat wala mazboot hai)

Haasil yeh hai ke rizaq Allah ke haath mein hai wohi is mein tangi aur kushadgi ka faisla karta hai jaisa ke irshad hai :


( Allah jisay chahay rizaq farakh day aur jisay chahay tang kar day )

Goya muashray mein Allah taa Li ki barket se hi saari barkaten aur ronaqai hoti hain aur agar wohi be barkti peda kardey ya dosray lafzon mein nizaam ko tabah barbaad kar day to phir uss ke baad kya kher ki umeed rakhi ja sakti hai. hamaray malik mein soodi nizaam chalta hai aur kaha jata hai ke is nizaam ko agar khatam kardiya gaya to malik mein bohraan peda ho ja ye ga. kya yeh soodi nizaam Allah ke khalaa f elaan jung nahi hai? yaqeenan hai lehaza yeh jo be barkti ho rahi hai yeh sab kuch soodi nizaam ki wajah se hai aur hukoomat ke mamlaat seedhay nahi ho te. jab tak aqeedah durust nah ho baat nahi banti halaank Allah taa Li ne rizaq ki zimma daari –apne oopar le rakhi hai barhawa Parah shuru ho taa hai :


 Yani zameen mein har reengnay chalne wali cheez ki zimma daari lillah taaLa par hai Allah taala Ko ilm hai ke kahan kisi ka mustaqil thikana hai ya earzi. 

Jab Allah hi ko ilm hai aur Allah taa Li ne yeh saaray ka sara ilm looh mehfooz mein pehlay se likha sun-hwa hai. is duniya mein agar chay Allah taaLa rizaq dost dushman sab ko dete hain. lekin musalman ban kar agar ko yi shakhs yeh aqeedah rakhta hai ke islam ke manafi tadbeeron se Allah taa Li ki taraf se barket ho gi to woh sakht dhoka mein hai. isi khayaal ko baatil karne ke liye Allah taa Li ne quran kareem mein qaroon ka qissa zikar kya hai jo yun hai .


Mafhuum yeh hai ke qaroon moose alaihi salam ki qoum seen tha ( jo firaon ki ghulam thi ) phir uss ne –apne bhai bundon par sar kashi ki. halaank Allah ne ussay itni doulat di ke uss ke khazanay ki knjyan aik barri jamaat uthaati thi agay bayan hai ke jab yeh shaan o shoktay sath logon ke samnay se guzarta tha to uss waqt duniya daar log arzoo karte ke hamaray paas bhi aisi hi doulat hoti balkay zabaan haal se maaon ki khwahish hoti ke hamaray bachon ko bhi apna saathi bnale.

Lekin jab moose alaihi salam ki bud-dua ki wajah se Allah taa Li ne uss par azaab musallat kya ( kyunkay uss ne moose alaihi salam par tohmat lagai thi ) is par azaab yeh aaya ke ussay zameen mein dhansa diya gaya. jab zameen mein dhansnaa shuru sun-hwa to kehnay laga. moose! tum ne meri doulat lainay ke liye yeh maamla mere sath kya hai moose alaihi salam josh mein aakar kehnay lagey ke Allah ! is ki doulat bhi is ke sath zameen mein dhansa di ja ye. ab woh bmah doulat zameen mein dhansa ja raha hai .


Yeh baatein ziyada tar hadees mein ya israeliyat mein hain quran mein sirf itna zikar hai ke is se chhutkara panay mein ko yi is ki madad ko nah aaya :


Irshad Ellahi hai ke jab hum ne usay ghar baar samait zameen mein dhansa diya to woh doulat jo kal uss ke hum martaba honay ki arzo karte thay. kehnay lagey. 

Yeh barri ajeeb baat hai ke rizaq ki farakhi aur tangi Allah ke haath hai. is qissa mein jahan duniya ki aandhi khwahish karne walon ke liye Ibrat hai wahan yeh nuqta bhi nikalta hai ke jab rizaq ka maamla Allah ke haath mein hai. to Allah ke nizaam ke sath baghaawat karne ke baad yeh umeed rakhna ke hamaray mamlaat sُdhr ja yin ge. yeh hamara dhoka hai fraib hai .


Guzashta jummay ke khutba mein mein ne ishara kya tha ke is waqt hamaray malik mein aik ahem masla yeh hai ke malik ke sarmaya daar nah nizaam ko jari rakhnay ki ko shash ho rahi hai naaray lagtay hain soshlzm ke lekin sarmaya daar nizaam ka tahaffuz kya ja taa hai. tafseel is Ajmal ki yun hai ke general zia ul haq ne juaa chay iqdamaat kiye unn iqdamaat mein se aik qadam yeh tha ke is ne malik mein islam ke nifaz ke liye aik adalat banai jis ka naam wifaqi sharai adalat hai. ussay yeh ikhtiyar diya gaya ke woh mulki qawaneen ko kitaab o sunnat ki roshni mein parkh sakti hai lekin kharabi is terhan hui ke is adalat ke tareeqa car ke liye aeen ka aik cnapter HAI.

3 ki soorat mein is mein gur barr hai yani jahan is adalat ke ikhtiyarat ka zikar hai wahan sarmaya daar an nizaam ko tahaffuz muhayya kya hai ke is se malik mein bohraan peda ho jaye ga. aur mulki nizaam moattal hokar reh ja ye ga chunancha bohraan se bachanay ke liye jis terhan qanooni nizaam ko bachana chahiye isi terhan is malik ka maliyati nizaam mehfooz ho na chahiye.

Is terhan bzahir soorat yun banai ke is malik mein qanoon ki jo qowat hai ussay mehfooz ho na chahiye. chunancha law ki tareef mehdood kar ke tahaffuz day diya ke Shariat court dastoor constitution ko kitaab o sunnat ki roshni mein nahi parkh sakti. phir is qanoon o dastoor par amal karne ka aik tareeqa hai jisay becedural law kehte hain usay bhi mustaqil tor par mehfooz kardiya. phir qawaneen ka ahem hissa hamaray personal laws jin mein hamara family law bhi daakhil hai usay bhi mustaqil tor par mehfooz kar diya ke court un par bhi ghhor nahi kar sakti .


Mein kehta hon ke mazkoorah baala tamam ahem qawaneen ko mehfooz kar ke sikolrzm ki hifazat ki gayi hai. isi terhan islam ke tadreeji nafaz ke daaway se maliyati nizaam ko das saal ke liye mustasna karliya gaya. ke hum fori tor par usay tabdeel nahi kar saktay. pehlay teen saal ki muddat muqarrar ki gayi is ke baad muddat ko barha diya aur kaha ke das saal tak un par ghhor nahi ho sakta.

ab das saal ki jo muddat Zia Al Haq ne muqarrar ki thi woh 25 / June 1990 ko khatam ho rahi hai aur yeh masla barri ahmiyat ikhtiyar kar gaya hai halaank kisi barri tabdeeli ka bhi ko yi khatrah nahi kyunkay islami ehkaam ki roshni mein maliyati nizaam ka ja yzh lainay ke liye jo adalat hai woh un jajon par mushtamil hai jinhon ne Shariat parhi aur nah woh is nizaam ke oopar Shariat ko nafiz kar satke hain is ke bawajood khaif hain ke woh nah keh den ke hamara tareeqa car ghair islami hai kitaab o sunnat ke mutabiq nahi hukmaran un logon se khaif hain jo un ke –apne tayyar kardah hain halaank qawaneen ko islam ke manafi qarar dilanay ke liye barri shartain hain aik to samaat ki lambi muddat muqarrar karte hain phir nah to woh stay de satke hain aur nah nai qanoon saazi ka ko yi ikhtiyar hai agar high court ke paas yeh ikhtiyar hota to high court stay de sakti thi.

Jaisay ke aik mauqa par Punjab high court aur Sindh high court ne yeh ka meem kya bhi Punjab mein justice khalil al-rehman aur Sindh mein justice Tanzil al-rehman ne do Muan mila t- mein sood se rokkk diya. ab jin ko roka gaya unhen bohat pareshani ho yi super yum court mein gaye is ne phir aasani peda kar di kyunkay is waqt mulki qanoon ki soorat e haal yeh thi ke general Zia Al Haq ne aeen ke andar tarmeem kar ke qarar daad maqasid ko is dastoor ka hissa bana diya tha. a. 2 ki soorat mein high court ne isi bunyaad par yeh ka meem kya tha lekin Supreme Court ke faisla se jo silsila chala tha woh bhi ruk gaya chunancha is ke liye ab tareeqa car sirf yeh reh gaya tha ke wifaqi sharai adalat hi ghhor kere .


Wifaqi sharai adalat stay order jari nahi kar sakti hai. woh sirf itna kar sakti hai ke is muamlay ko sunay. mahireen is mein ayen unhein suneney ke baad faisla kere ke woh qanoon kitni had tak kitaab o sunnat ke mukhalif hai is ke baad Supreme Court ke Shariat bench ke paas is ki dobarah samaat ho gi yeh sara maamla adalat sun kar phir muddat muqarrar kar y gi ke hukoomat naya qanoon laa ye. yeh ikhtiyar bhi adalat ko das saal tak nahi tha. ab 25 / June tak adalat ko yeh ikhtiyar mil raha hai .

Ab is hukoomat ko yeh pareshani  hai jo yeh kehti hai ke hamari maeeshat soshlzm hai halaank yeh hukoomat sarmaya daarana nizaam ko hi nahi manti. aaj shayad aap ne kusar nayazi ka mazmoon parha ho uss mein uss ne taxon tak ki mukhalfat ki hai ishtira ki nizaam ke andar tax bhi nahi sod bhi nahi .


Ab peoples party –apne manshoor soshlzm se bhi hatt rahi hai aur"

 Islam hamara deen hai" se bhi baghaawat kar di hai. asal mein ab awaami qowat ka Muzahir hona cha hie lain malik ke andar abhi baat dubi dubi utthee hai balkay aik aawaz aur uthi hai ke sermaya derana nizaam khatam ho na chahiye magar thori si unhen mohlat day di ja ye. mein yeh samjhta hon ke yeh mohlat hi to fasaad hai aaj tak is mohlat ke naam par hi to sarmaya daarana nizaam ko ja ree rakha ja raha hai jis ke baara mein rasool akram sale Allah alaihi wasallam se yeh riwayat kya gaya hai. ke sood ki sattar 70 se oopar kuch shaakhen hain woh lainay wala dainay wala is par gawah sab barabar ke gunehgaar hain. aur is ka kam se kam gina hay itna hai jitna apni sagy maa se bad kaari karna hai itna sangeen maamla aur is ke baray mein itni medahnat ke is ke liye kuch mazeed mohlat day di ja ye .


Mein bhool ja na chahiye ke bohraan peda ho ga. jab se hamaray hamsaye Afghanistan aur Iran mein inqilab aaya hai dono ne foran sood ko khatam kar diya hai Afghanistan mein bhi aur Iran mein bhi kya ko yi bohraan peda sun-hwa? balkay is waqt duniya ki nisf se ziyada abadi roos chain waghera mein hai.

Dono mein sood ke baghair nizaam mojood hai aur kya bohraan hai ?


Phir kya wajah hai ke hum musalman ho kar itni mushkil mehsoos karte hain sirf wajah yeh hai ke hamaray andar imaan nahi hum –apne aap ko dhoka dete hain .


Sach yeh hai ke hum ne sanjeeda tor par –apne mutalibaat paish nahi kiye jab tak hamari taraf se buland aawaz nahi utthay gi. hakoomaten apna rasta seedha nahi karen gi. 


ae imaan walo! sood ko kayi hissay bhara kar nah kha o. Allah ka darr ikhtiyar karo taa ke Falah haasil kar sako. "

Sod ki aik shakal yeh hai ke pehlay sood charhata hai jis ki adaigi nahi ho ti is ke baad woh sood aur asal zar ko mila kar mazeed sood barhta hai to sood ho ja taa hai


" Allah se daro. is liye ke Falah Allah ke haath mein hai. "


  1. Paksta noon falahi riyasat uss waqt banay gi jab Allah ke rastay par chalay gi .
  2. Jab ko yi shakhs Allah ka rasta ikhtiyar karta hai to Allah is ke liye chutkaray ki rahein nikaltay hain.
  3. Aur jahan se usay rizaq milta hai wahan se ussay gumaan bhi nahi ho taa.


Aur jo Allah ka taqwa ikhtiyar karta hai Allah uss ke liye aasani peda karte hain

Wazeh rahay ke sood ka maamla itna naazuk hai ke rasool Allah sale Allah alaihi wasallam fir ma te hain ke ko yi shakhs jab kisi se karzzzz le to woh shakhs jis ne karzzzz diya ho taa hai woh –apne qarzdaar se ko yi Hadia bhi qubool nah kere aur nah hi is ki sawari istemaal kere ke tohfa qubool karna bhi sood ki aik shakal banti hai wahan agar pehlay se ko yi un ka maamla chalta hai to is soorat mein Hadia waghera lena jaaiz hai. ( Ibn maja )

Is maamla mein itni sakhti hai ke agar kisi ne kisi shakhs ki sifarish ki aur is sifarish karnaywala ko dosra shakhs ko yi tohfa beje. aur yeh shakhs tohfa qubool karleta hai to uss ne sood ka bara darwaaza khol diya .

Jis ke baray mein itni sakhti hai uss ke mutaliq hamari itni be ahteyati thori si be ahteyati insaan ko kahan le ja ti hai! isi liye to aap sale Allah alaihi wasallam ne fir ma ya ke aik waqt aaye ga ke ko yi shakhs sood se nahi bach sakay ga agar ko yi shakhs sood se bachay ga to uss ke gubhar se nahi bach sakay ga. Aaj kal hamaray haan bhi sood is terhan raishay raishay mein rich chuka hai ke is se bachna mushkil hai lekin jo shakhs Allah ke liye taqwa ikhtiyar karta hai uss ke liye Allah aasani peda kardete hain. Allah taa Li hamein halal kamanay aur khanay ki tofeq den aur sood ki laanat se bachayen. ( ameeen! )
